Please review the following prior to booking:

We require a credit card for all appointment bookings, please ensure you have access to your card and insurance details prior to booking.

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. If you are unable to attend your session, please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule, or you will be billed for the total rate of your session.

Child/teen sessions are for youth age 10 and older. All child/teen therapy appointments should be booked under the child’s name. Please note that all legal guardians, participating or not, must provide consent for any minors to engage with therapy.

Parent support counselling appointments should be booked as a single session with both individual’s names listed.

Our office space is located at 9618 42 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB. There is ample free parking available.
